Refunds & Returns
At Little Gumnut Lane, we carefully select every item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our policy before making a purchase:
New Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Pre-Loved Items:
- Please note that all pre-loved items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on secondhand goods.
- We describe pre-loved items as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear, so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at littlegumnutlane@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will guide you through the process for eligible returns of new items.
